I am an electrical engineer. I have done polytechnic in electrical. I am working in a private sector. There are some works which have to be done face to face and some work has to be kept secret. This increases respect for your skills. Everyone should keep some secret in their life. Sharing everything can be harmful for you.

I am selfless. I think about others more than myself. I have helped many people without any selfish motives because I am selfless. Life is all about selfless service.

Once I was returning home from college. As I reached the market canal near my village, an incident occurred in front of my eyes. Two girls were returning home from college. Both were riding a scooty. One of them did not know how to drive and was learning. As soon as they started turning from the canal towards their village, the scooty lost its balance and both of them fell down. One fell on the road from the canal bridge while the other fell on the other side of the bridge but she caught hold of the bridge and was hanging towards the canal. I was also following them. As soon as I saw the incident, I quickly rescued those girls and took them to their home. They were very scared but people praised me a lot after seeing my work. I got double the praise when I took them home and their family members praised me a lot. I was very happy to see all this. I request people to help people trapped in trouble selflessly.

थायरिस्टर क्या है। इसका कार्य सिद्धांत।what is thyrister and working principal.

Thyrister — थायरिस्टर एक सेमीकंडक्टर डिवाइस है यह तीन या तीन से अधिक जंक्शन वाली P-N -P-N युक्ति है तथा बिना किसी बायस के स्टैटिक स्विच की तरह काम करता है।

Conversion– AC ko DC में DC को AC में बदलता है हाई डीसी को लो डीसी में और हाई AC फ्रिक्वेंसी को low AC फ्रीक्वेंसी में बदलता है।

Control- थायरिस्टर हमारे इच्छानुसार आउटपुट प्राप्त करता है। ये टेंपरेचर, लेवल, नमी को कंट्रोल करता है।

Member of thyrister– थायरिस्टर एक bistable divice होती है जो दोनों दिशाओं में काम करती है जैसे ON से OFF और OFF से ON की दिशा में स्टैटिक स्विच की भांति कार्य करती है। स्टैटिक स्विच मतलब बिना हिले या घूमे कार्य करे।

Application of thyrister–(उपयोग) इसका मुख्य उपयोग high power को कंट्रोल करने के लिए किया जाता है।

2. थायरिस्टर का उपयोग AC से DC aur DC se AC में बदलने के लिए किया जाता है।

3. थायरिस्टर का उपयोग लाइट डिम्मर, वेल्डिंग मशीन, पावर सप्लाई आदि में किया जाता है।

थायरिस्टर के बारे में कुछ महत्त्वपूर्ण बातें

1. यह बहुत हल्की होती है इसलिए इसको कहीं भी आसानी से फिट कर सकते हैं।

2. यह 6000वोल्टेज और 4500एम्पीयर करेंट को आसानी से झेल सकते हैं।

3. यह रेक्टिफायर की तरह काम करता है क्योंकि इसकी स्विचिंग प्रक्रिया बहुत ही फास्ट है ये ON- OFF,ON-OFF फटाफट करता है।

4. ये बड़े -बड़े पावर ट्रांसमिशन लाइनों में लगे होते हैं।

5. इसकी खोज 1957 में किया गया था।

How it works (ये कैसे काम करते हैं)

जैसे कि हमने ऊपर जाना कि थायरिस्टर में 4 लेयर  है जैसे P-N-P-N चित्र में आप कुछ इस प्रकार देख रहे होंगे अर्थात चित्र में जो PN PN कुछ इस तरह दिख रहे हैं

PNP,NPN जो कि ट्रांजिस्टर है इस तरह थायरिस्टर दो ट्रांजिस्टर से मिलकर बना होता है।

Transiter/thyrister

आप देख पा रहे होंगे कि थायरिस्टर में P पर (+)Anode और K पर (-) kathode चार्ज होते हैं।

इसमें दो तरह के blocking state होते हैं।

1.forward blocking state

थायरिस्टर में चार लेयर जरुर होते हैं पर जंक्शन तीन ही बनते हैं जैसे कि चित्र में दिखाया गया है J 1,J2,J3 अगर हम थायरिस्टर में P की तरफ से (+) सप्लाई देंगे तो क्यूंकि हमेशा इलेक्ट्रॉन anode+ से kathode(-)की तरफ घूमते है ये सभी को पता है अब आप देखेंगे J2 के पास P पर नेगेटिव आ गया है और सप्लाई ब्लॉक हो गई है अब सप्लाई आगे नहीं जा पा रही है सर्किट कंप्लीट नहीं हो पा रही है जिससे कि थायरिस्टर ऑन नहीं हो रहा अब इसी ब्लॉक को तोड़ने के लिए एक gate लगाएंगे Jo की एक स्विच का काम करता है इस पर हम अलग से करेंट देंगे तो यह ट्रिगर करेगा और ब्लॉकिंग को तोड़ देगा और हमारा थायरिस्टर ON  हो जाएगा अगर अब हम gate की सप्लाई को बंद भी कर दे तभी भी ये थायरिस्टर ON ही रहेगा। और अपना काम निरंतर करता रहेगा। आप देखेंगे कि P के पास anode se कैथोड की ओर इलेक्ट्रॉन प्रवाह हो रहे हैं और नीचे N के पास anode से कैथोड की ओर प्रवाह हो रहे हैं इसी प्रक्रिया को forward Bais state कहते हैं। इसी को thyrister turn on bhi कहते हैं।

अब thyrister को turn off कैसे करेंगे off करने के लिए जो anode पर सप्लाई या करेंट देते हैं thyrister को ऑन होने के लिए अगर उससे कम करेंट दिया जाए तो यह thyrister को turn off कर देगा।

Reverse Bais state

जब हम anode पर नेगेटिव (-) सप्लाई देते हैं तो जैसे आपको पता ही है इलेक्ट्रॉन हमेशा anode से cathode के तरफ फ्लो करते है चित्र में देखेंगे कि जैसे ही Anode पर सप्लाई दिया करेंट आगे नहीं जा रहा है तो इसका कोई मतलब नहीं हुआ। इसी को reverse Bais State Bolte हैं।                                                            

अवेलेंज ब्रेकडाउन होता है जैसे हमें थायरिस्टर को ऑन करवाने के लिए जितनी वोल्टेज की जरूरत होती है अगर उससे ज्यादा वोल्टेज आएगी तो ये gate को trigger नहीं करेगी थायरिस्टर को ऑन करा देगी जिससे कि ये खराब हो जाता है। इसलिए हमेशा थायरिस्टर वोल्टेज रिक्वायरमेंट से अधिक होनी चाहिए।
